DAY 01: Start the drive from Nairobi at 6.30 am and drive through the central highlands arriving in Nanyuki at 10.00 am. After a light lunch, drive to the Sirimon park gate where the trek starts. Hike for 9kms to the Old Moses hut (3300 m) for dinner and overnight.

This route is the most beautiful of the access routes to Point Lenana and the best for acclimatization as the gradient is the easiest.
DAY 1: Depart Nairobi at 09:00hrs for transfer to Chogoria. Meals and overnight at Transit Hotel in Chogoria - the base of Mt. Kenya. In the afternoon you will have a briefing and supervised packing with your guide in preparation for the climb.
